GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
Guidlines For Authors
Authors must adhere strictly to the following guidelines while submitting manuscripts to International Journal of Emerging Research in Applied Medical Sciences (IJERAMS):
Manuscript Types
We accept:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Case Reports
- Short Communications
- Letters to the Editor
Submission Process
- All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal's online submission system or official email.
- Submissions must include:
- Cover letter
- Manuscript file (MS Word)
- Ethical approval letter (if applicable)
- Author declaration form
Formatting Instructions
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Sections (for original articles):
- Title page
- Abstract (max. 250 words, structured)
- Keywords (3–6)
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements
- References
References
- Use Vancouver style.
- Cite recent and relevant literature.
- Use reference managers like Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero if possible.
Figures and Tables
- Each figure and table must have a clear title and legend.
- Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
- Do not embed figures into the text. Upload them as separate files.
Ethical Considerations
- Studies involving humans or animals must include Ethics Committee approval.
- Authors must disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources.
Plagiarism and Originality
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
- Plagiarism above 10% is unacceptable. We use tools like Turnitin/iThenticate.
Peer Review
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts.
- Authors may be asked to revise the manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
