Guidlines For Authors

Authors must adhere strictly to the following guidelines while submitting manuscripts to International Journal of Emerging Research in Applied Medical Sciences (IJERAMS):

Manuscript Types

We accept:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Case Reports
  • Short Communications
  • Letters to the Editor

Submission Process

  • All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal's online submission system or official email.
  • Submissions must include:
    • Cover letter
    • Manuscript file (MS Word)
    • Ethical approval letter (if applicable)
    • Author declaration form

Formatting Instructions

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Sections (for original articles):
    • Title page
    • Abstract (max. 250 words, structured)
    • Keywords (3–6)
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Acknowledgements
    • References

References

  • Use Vancouver style.
  • Cite recent and relevant literature.
  • Use reference managers like Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero if possible.

Figures and Tables

  • Each figure and table must have a clear title and legend.
  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Do not embed figures into the text. Upload them as separate files.

Ethical Considerations

  • Studies involving humans or animals must include Ethics Committee approval.
  • Authors must disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources.

Plagiarism and Originality

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • Plagiarism above 10% is unacceptable. We use tools like Turnitin/iThenticate.

Peer Review

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts.
  • Authors may be asked to revise the manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
